MOLD INSPECTION AND TESTING
If you suspect the property is contaminated with mold, specifically Stachybotrys (black mold), it is recommended that you call the experts. However, the black mold often found between bathroom tiles is not Stachybotrys. Stachybotrys can be identified only by specially trained professionals through a microscopic exam or by cultures.

Radon gas is an airborne pollutant, and it is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.

Hire a professional energy auditor to perform a room-by-room evaluation with specialized tools to determine if the house is energy efficient.

POLYBUTYLENE PIPES
Polybutylene (often abbreviated as PB) is a form of plastic that was used in residential plumbing systems from 1978 to 1995. Some experts believe as many as 10 million homes were built with these pipes. Homeowners complain about these pipes rupture and could cause property damage.
